Role OverviewPerform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of HVAC systems at the journeyman level. Work in a team environment to do repairs and preparation of guest villas. Handle in-house repairs in areas of HVAC systems.
What You Will Do
Interpret facilities operations Way of Maintenance plan, schedule facilities care work tasks, communicate with leaders, and use multiple methods of communication to connect with guest services staff, housekeeping, and contractor partners.

Must have superior ability to perform skilled work in general and facility maintenance, superior skills in electrical and HVAC, and ability to problem-solve and repair major appliances and HVAC systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years combination of work experience and/or vocational training
- Maintenance experience at journeyman level in multiple areas of facilities maintenance
- HVAC certification (EPA Universal)
- American Red Cross CPR/AED rescue certification (preferred)
- Bilingual (plus)
- Valid driver's license, minimum of 1 year of driving experience, and meet company motor vehicle report requirements
