Role OverviewPerform maintenance service and repairs in various areas, including plumbing, drywall, texture, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, laminates, granite, and appliance servicing at a skilled level.
What You Will Do
Handle in-house repairs, assist guests and staff with unit maintenance concerns, and perform other duties deemed necessary by management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have high-quality skills in painting, tile, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical, and be able to problem-solve and troubleshoot repair work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to perform skilled work in general maintenance
- Ability to follow written instructions and complete documentation associated with unit maintenance
