Role OverviewPerform general maintenance and repair duties for the grounds, facilities, equipment, and other areas as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of relevant experience, and a valid Texas Driver License. The technician will be responsible for monitoring building equipment, completing assigned work orders, and performing minor repairs.
What You Will Do
The general maintenance technician will perform a variety of tasks, including building items, inspecting facilities, and performing painting and/or touch-up painting. They will also work with contracted vendors to resolve maintenance issues and communicate unresolved grounds/maintenance issues to their supervisor.
