Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time General Maintenance Worker responsible for completing general maintenance and repairs for Richcroft homes and facilities, including appliance repair, basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, painting, and junk removal.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance and painting related experience
  • Knowledge of appliance maintenance preferred
  • Full Drivers License with no more than 2 points
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, willingness to work beyond a standard workweek as needed and to assist with team efforts
