Role OverviewThe General Manager will lead a team of estimators, technicians, painters, parts, and support staff. They will be responsible for owning the profit and loss, key performance indicators, cycle time, and productivity. They will also be responsible for hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent, building strong insurance and customer relationships, and upholding quality, safety, and compliance standards.
