Job Description
Drives holistic base performance through cross-functional facilitation, data-driven problem solving and joint KPI ownership. Oversees the local Service-Level Agreement (SLA) with the ground-handling provider; audits, verifies and escalates as needed. Maintains regulatory and brand accountability for Allegiant before federal, state and airport authorities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of three years of airline operations experience
  • Two years of management experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years managing cross-functional operations preferred
