What You Will Do
Oversee daily store operations, lead and train associates, monitor store performance, and partner with the Doctor to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care.

5+ years of retail experience, supervising experience preferred, knowledge of the optical industry preferred, and proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.

- Supervising experience preferred
- Knowledge of the optical industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Optical license required in applicable states
