Role OverviewAs the Founding General Manager, you'll play a critical role in bringing a new studio to life, building a team, generating excitement in the community, establishing operational excellence, and leading a successful studio launch.
What You Will Do
You'll execute local grassroots marketing initiatives, build relationships with local businesses and community partners, drive founding membership sales, and lead onboarding and operational training initiatives.

Requirements
- 3+ years of operations or general management experience
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Demonstrated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets
- Highly analytical with ability to build reports and interpret data
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Outstanding communicator with ability to connect with people
- Ability to commit to travel for 5-day Instructor training
- Ability to stand and move throughout the studio for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
