Role OverviewThe Site Manager will drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and adapt quickly to changing business needs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role is responsible for maintaining full P&L compliance, fleet performance, staffing, vendor management, on time fulfillment, vehicle quality and execution of all site activities—7 days a week.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations across the hub: manage fleet readiness, create MC (Member Concierge) schedules, and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships. Own the full performance of a Flexcar location — including hiring, training, and leading the team.
