Job Description
General Manager is responsible for the club’s leadership, strategic direction, operations, and membership growth. The role drives success by developing and implementing effective business strategies, ensuring member satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in club management, hospitality, or related field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience managing budgets and the ability to make sound judgments in expense allocation to impact profitability.
