General Manager - Vail Residences at Cascade Village

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, resort, or residential property management
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals and managing to or outperforming budget expectations
• Demonstrated success in process development, operational scalability, and performance optimization across multi-unit or multi-association portfolios
• Strong experience with full P&L ownership, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance management
• Experience driving business growth through acquisitions, partnerships, or portfolio expansion
• Expertise in capital planning and project execution, including large-scale renovations or property improvements
• Experience influencing ownership groups, HOA boards, and key stakeholders to achieve strategic and financial objectives
• Strong leadership background managing cross-functional teams in operations, finance, sales/marketing, and property management
• Experience in vacation rental, condominium, or HOA management environments strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Colorado CCIOA and HOA governance is a plus
