Job Description
General Manager for Grand Hyatt Vail is responsible for driving revenue growth, exceeding budget targets, and implementing scalable operational processes. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in resort, residential, or hospitality operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, resort, or residential property management
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals and managing to or outperforming budget expectations
  • Strong experience with full P&L ownership, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance management
