Nestled at the base of Vail Mountain, Grand Hyatt Vail is seeking a highly experienced General Manager with a minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in resort, residential, or hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven success in driving revenue growth, exceeding budget targets, and implementing scalable operational processes across complex environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, resort, or residential property management
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals and managing to or outperforming budget expectations
  • Strong experience with full P&L ownership, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance management
