Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience on-site as a Community Manager/Dual-Site Community Manager within Multifamily industry
  • 2-4 years experience as Assistant Community Manager or Business Manager is also accepted
  • Experience in accounting and PMS systems
  • Proven background within customer service in the Multifamily industry
  • OneSite experience is required
  • Knock experience is preferred
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
  • Competence in Microsoft Suite and Property Management Software strongly preferred
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
