Role OverviewThe General Manager is responsible for the overall operation and success of assigned multifamily portfolio, including achieving results and meeting goals related to customer sentiment, occupancy, resident retention, NOI, expenses, and other community performance expectations.

The General Manager will make strategic planning decisions, collaborate with support departments, and analyze data to manage community budgets and adjust based on progress toward objectives and company goals.
