Belfair POA, Community and Country Club, a Platinum Club and Distinguished Club of America with Elite Status, is seeking a General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to lead one of America’s most respected private clubs, fostering excellence in service, operations, and member experience.
Requirements
Serve as the chief steward of Belfair’s mission, culture, and brand of excellence.
Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of the Club’s short- and long-range plans.
Administer and implement Club policies, procedures, and initiatives established by the Board of Directors.
