Role OverviewAs a Manager in Training (MIT) at RWB Thrift, you will participate in a structured training program designed to prepare you for assignment as a General Manager. During this training period, you will learn how to ensure financial success and operational excellence of a store by developing skills in sales, profitability, production quotas, customer service, and leadership.

Key responsibilities include financial performance and business acumen, operational excellence, leadership and people development, flexible workforce management, performance management, compliance, customer experience, people operations, and office administration.
