Job Description
Hall’s Culligan seeks a General Manager to drive dealership success, foster customer retention, and provide end-to-end business support. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership characteristics, business acumen, and the ability to create alignment amongst their team and other departments.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions or limitations.
  • 2-5 years of prior multi-department management experience.
  • Experience managing overall budgets and P&L statements is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using a CRM platform.
  • Must remain physically capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the duties required of this position.
  • Must be able to successfully pass criminal background and drug screening checks per company requirements.
