Job Description
General Manager is a multi-faceted role responsible for managing studio performance, growth, and people management. They will work closely with leadership, deliver positive customer service, and develop local marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Work closely with leadership to manage day-to-day operations
  • Ensure delivery of positive customer service
  • Run reports and analyze metrics
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives
  • Foster relationships with local health, fitness, and wellness communities
  • Create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules
  • Maintain inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages
  • Plan and host team meetings and social events
  • Oversee hiring of instructors and studio leads
  • Drive studio performance on metrics like number of classes, utilization, first visits, and memberships
