Requirements

  • Partners with FOH and BOH management team to maximize sales and optimize profits
  • Runs high volume service periods from the floor or expo to ensure food quality, service, touching tables and presentation is up to TFK standards
  • Manages all FOH & BOH employees
  • Facilitates formal and informal channels of development for management and key hourly team members
