Role OverviewThe General Manager directs and manages the overall daily operations and success of one retail/automotive service store, adhering to company guidelines and goals to obtain optimum efficiency, professionally develop staff, and maximize profit.
What You Will Do
Manage daily store operations, including interviewing and acquiring staff, ensuring employee training, managing staff, and maintaining financial performance. Direct and participate in customer service functions, automotive maintenance services, and enforce safety guidelines.

Requirements
- Valid US Driver's License
- Minimum of 1 year of prior Retail Service Management experience
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Prior Experience with Key Performance Indicators in retail sales growth
- Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job
- Ability to calculate figures and manage budgets
- Ability to communicate in English (written and orally)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
