Role Overview

The General Manager (GM) is fully accountable for the overall performance, profitability, and day-to-day leadership of the Farmington, Connecticut operation. This role carries full site P&L responsibility with a strong operational and manufacturing focus, complemented by defined commercial responsibility. The GM will drive operating profit through excellence in production, supply chain, quality, and customer delivery while partnering closely with Sales and Engineering functions.

What You Will Do

The GM will lead all manufacturing, assembly, testing, logistics, and supply chain activities to achieve best-in-class safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. They will also drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and capacity optimization to support growth and margin expansion.
