Role OverviewResponsible for the overall management of an apartment community, including personnel management, strategic planning, financial management, risk management, and customer service.
What You Will Do
Manage high-quality on-site staff, maintain product knowledge of the community, show, lease, and move in prospective residents, achieve net operating income, and provide excellent customer service.

Must have experience with managing a team of people, ability to analyze and evaluate monthly financial statements, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work any of the seven days of the week and overtime hours when requested.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of property management experience
- A working knowledge of Entrata Software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A college degree or extensive experience in property management
- Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions
- Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- Must have experience with managing a team of people
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft and Google platforms
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Create relationships
- Professional and neat appearance
- NAA or lease auditing experience
- Experience in effectively managing a property's curb appeal
