Role OverviewThe General Manager / Operations Manager oversees all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, profitability, and high-quality service delivery. This role provides leadership across departments, including service, installation, sales, finance, and administration, while implementing strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations across all company departments, develop and implement operational policies, monitor key performance indicators, manage departmental budgets, lead and develop staff, ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards, and collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred

- Additional certifications in management, safety, or industry-specific credentials preferred
