The ideal candidate will oversee all non-clinical operations, monitor practice performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement solutions. They will also partner with the dentists to improve scheduling, patient flow, and overall patient experience.

Requirements

- Highly organized, process-minded, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
- Direct, confident, and emotionally intelligent communicator
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and operate as a true partner to an owner
