Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hotel General Manager experience preferred.
- Marriott brand experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success leading hotel operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, and labor management.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, mentor, and retain exceptional teams.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
