Role OverviewThe Studio Manager will lead pre-sale, oversee studio operations, and drive membership growth ahead of our Fall 2026 opening. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong sales ability, marketing initiative, operational discipline, and community presence.
What You Will Do
Lead and execute pre-sale strategy to build foundational membership, capture and nurture incoming leads, develop partnerships with local wellness and community organizations, and track and analyze KPIs including sales conversion, retention, and revenue.

Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience (boutique fitness, hospitality, or service-based business preferred)
- Proven success in membership sales or revenue-driven roles
- Experience with pre-sale or new studio openings strongly preferred
- CPR/AED certification required (or willingness to obtain)
