Requirements
- 5 years of managerial experience with a proven track record of leading and managing diverse teams effectively
- Demonstrated experience managing Profit and Loss statements, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control
- A successful track record in business-to-consumer sales within the home services sector
- Experience overseeing day-to-day operations, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, and quality control
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals, drive business growth, and adapt to industry changes
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff, including setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment
- Proven ability to manage and lead through change, including business expansion, process improvements, and the adoption of new technologies or methods
