Role OverviewThe General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Black Bear Diner location, leading by example, developing a strong management and restaurant team, and ensuring the diner consistently delivers the quality, hospitality, and experience guests expect from the Black Bear Diner brand.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include team leadership and development, guest experience, restaurant operations, financial and labor management, sales, marketing, and community engagement, and compliance and brand standards.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience

- Demonstrated success managing sales, labor, food costs, and overall restaurant profitability
