Role OverviewThe General Manager will oversee the daily operations of a warehouse and distribution center, implementing business plans, managing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring quality and safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and prioritizing skills, as well as the ability to train, coach, and mentor associates. The General Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, reading and interpreting P&L statements, and preparing related management reports.

Daily responsibilities include implementing business plans, identifying associate, customer, and supplier concerns, monitoring and managing productivity, maintaining quality and safety standards, supervising and developing associates, and providing expert advice and guidance to others.
