Role Overview

As the General Manager at Moneygun, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Moneygun and Sunnygun. You embody the perfect balance of fun and focus, loving a party as much as a P&L statement while prioritizing authentic hospitality above all else. Your leadership creates a culture of growth and respect, strengthens our brand identity, drives revenue, and consistently exceeds guest expectations.

What You Will Do

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: leadership, organizing, planning, and prioritizing each day to ensure the team is prepared to exceed guest expectations; maintaining a consistent presence on the floor during service, interacting with guests, and setting the tone for service excellence; overseeing managers and leads, providing direction, coaching, and performance management while maintaining consistent standards for accountability, growth, and development.

  • ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move throughout the venue, and perform the physical requirements of the position, including bending and reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation
