General Manager

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including team development, foodservice, inventory, merchandising, financial performance, safety, and brand standards. You will manage the store P&L, drive sales and profitability, and create a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

You will lead daily store operations while maintaining Dash In brand standards across service, cleanliness, merchandising, safety, and foodservice. You will also manage the P&L and drive results across sales, margins, labor, inventory, and controllable expenses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment such as retail, foodservice, hospitality, or convenience retail.
• 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing convenience store location preferred.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products.
