Role OverviewThe General Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Body Technicians, Collision Estimators, and Parts Managers to meet or exceed location revenue goals and other KPIs. They will manage the front and back of shop from vehicle intake through delivery to ensure a high level of shop throughput, production quality, and efficiency. The General Manager will also be responsible for assigning repair jobs, prioritizing vehicles, and supporting teammates during peak times.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the General Manager will include meeting or exceeding location revenue goals, managing labor assignment and production, monitoring and attaining production goals and standards, completing shop payroll and staffing, managing daily production flow, writing DRP complaint estimates, and team acquisition, coaching, and development.
