Role OverviewAs the General Manager of a Crash Champions location, you will be responsible for managing the front and back of shop, meeting or exceeding location revenue goals and other KPIs, and ensuring a high level of shop throughput, production quality, and efficiency.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include labor assignment and production management, teammate support, monitoring and attaining production goals and standards, completing shop payroll and staffing, managing daily production flow, writing DRP complaint estimates, and team acquisition, coaching, and development.
