Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operation and help us build the next stage of the business. This is not a traditional manager role. We are looking for someone who thinks like an operator and entrepreneur — someone who can lead a team, create an exceptional guest experience, improve operations and actively grow revenue.
What You Will Do
The GM will own the execution and growth of our party business, lead and develop Party Specialists, ensure consistent, exceptional party execution, and improve party upsells and add-on revenue. The GM will also own the maintenance, enhancement and growth of our programming, including participation, pricing, profitability, guest experience and new program development.
