Role OverviewThe General Manager is the leader of the location, responsible for creating an environment of belonging and teamwork to make the store a fun place for team members and customers. They will train, coach, and develop team members, assess staff abilities, and implement effective development plans. The GM will also be responsible for marketing and promotions, controlling costs, and maintaining a high standard of execution.
What You Will Do
The GM will spend 80-90% of their time on the shop floor in the Front of the House, handling customer complaints, maintaining deadlines, prioritizing, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. They will also be responsible for interviewing, selecting, and hiring great people, developing and maintaining a high-energy culture, and effectively delegating tasks to the team.

Requirements
- Minimum of at least 2 years as a General Manager in a restaurant or retail environment with P&L responsibility
