Role OverviewThe General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They must set an example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
What You Will Do
The General Manager will be responsible for operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facility. They will also be responsible for staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image, and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
