Role OverviewThe General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operations of the hotel, providing leadership and strategic planning to all departments to support or service culture, maximize operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Monitoring the full range of operations and financial performance of the hotel, ensuring financial success, and accepting responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of hotel guests and team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Hotel Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of seven years' varied management experience in the hotel industry
- Familiar with OSHA, local Department of Health regulations, and relevant current laws governing handling of hazardous substances
- Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic
- Ability to devise effective solutions to guest problems in a timely manner in high-stress situations
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from owners, groups of managers, team members, and guests
- Proven ability to develop budgets, manage financials, and analyze the effectiveness of operations
- Proven operational experience and a comprehensive understanding of the functions of housekeeping, front desk, engineering, and food and beverage departments
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
