Role OverviewThe General Manager oversees all functions and operational matters of the wash location while building sales and fostering relationships with members and customers.
What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day and equipment operations of the car wash facility, hire and train new employees, coach and work with employees to better themselves and the wash quality, deliver strong hospitality and customer service skills to guests and members, and operate a complex POS system.
