Role OverviewThe General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day store operations, including workforce management, financials, customer service, and safety. They must have 1-3 years of management experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations.
What You Will Do
The General Manager will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing all store staff, as well as supervising hourly employees, managing finances, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to provide any level of coverage, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to bend down, stoop low, and also stand for at least 8 hours
- Ability to properly lift, pull and/or push up to 30 lbs.
