Role OverviewThe General Manager is a leader who fosters a culture of learning and development for coaches and families. They are responsible for building relationships, delivering business results, and developing the coaching team.
What You Will Do
The General Manager will oversee center operations, manage employee issues, schedule coaches, promote events, and maintain flawless lead management. They will also lead coaching candidates through the training process, manage center-level staff meetings, and communicate with the team and families.

Requirements
- An athletic and/or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old
- Achieve Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team
- Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in management is required
- Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms
- Previous experience with systems and platforms such as ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, and FranConnect is preferred but not required
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
