Role OverviewEōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and sales driven leader to take on the role of General Manager. The General Manager must be passionate about sales and dedicated to helping members achieve their health and wellness goals.
What You Will Do
As General Manager, you will work to improve sales, overall processes, and develop a team of leaders to do the same. You and your team will create connections with prospective members, facilitate their membership journey, and ensure their success.

Requirements
- 2 years of sales management experience
- 3-4 years of customer service experience
- Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry
- Must successfully pass background check
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
