Requirements
- General Manager (or equivalent senior leadership) experience managing a campground or RV resort
- Experience leading cross-functional operations and developing teams
- Strong financial and operational leadership experience
- Proficiency using computers and business software independently
- Strong communication, follow-through, and commitment to established processes and accountability
