Role OverviewThe General Manager is responsible for owning the overall performance of a single NOXX retail location by delivering a world-class customer experience, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Own day-to-day store performance, lead by example on the sales floor, ensure consistent execution of policies and procedures, analyze store performance trends, and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
