The General Manager, Mill Operations will lead the Greenpac Mill, a world-class linerboard manufacturing operation in Niagara Falls, New York. This is an opportunity for a proven manufacturing executive to take the helm of a highly sophisticated operation, influence strategic business decisions, and lead a team committed to safety, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and environmental stewardship.

What You Will Do

As General Manager, Mill Operations, you will set the vision, establish priorities, and drive results across the entire operation. You will be accountable for the performance of the mill while empowering leaders and teams to achieve exceptional outcomes in safety, reliability, quality, productivity, employee engagement, and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferred, or equivalent experience in a related technical or manufacturing field
  • Progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including significant responsibility for plant or mill operations
  • Experience applying servant leadership principles to lead large teams in a complex, continuous improvement manufacturing environment
  • A track record of driving safety, operational excellence, employee engagement, and financial performance
  • Strong knowledge of paper manufacturing processes, maintenance and reliability practices, and continuous improvement methods such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar approaches
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change, develop leaders, and build high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across functions
