Role OverviewThe General Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the hotel's Security, F&B, and Rooms areas. They provide guidance and direction to ensure overall departmental success and are responsible for planning department goals and directing team members to achieve results.

The General Manager will prepare annual budgets, achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses, and maximize profitability within assigned areas. They will also ensure quality and portion control while minimizing waste or loss of supplies to maintain profitability.
