Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years of front of house management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, motivational, and team-building skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Italian cuisine and wine (highly preferred)
