Role OverviewThe General Manager of a quick service restaurant (QSR) is responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations and profitability of a food and beverage concept located inside of a travel plaza on a major highway.
What You Will Do
As the General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day activities of associates and managers within the QSR to achieve or exceed targeted objectives around sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education development (GED) equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant
- Available to work a flexible on-site schedule approximately 50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time; frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 20 pounds
- Occasionally attend meetings or travel to support other locations
