Job Description
This General Manager position is responsible for all store results, including ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met, conducting P&L reviews, and maintaining standards. The role involves ensuring store operations are at a minimum 4-star level, implementing new products, and handling inventory and reporting. Employees must be familiar with all safety and security procedures and equipment functionality.

Requirements

  • Insurance of all stores meets or exceeds minimum standards (TIPS, Domino’s Pizza)
  • Minimum 50 hour work week, 1 day off, 1 on call day
