Job Description
Starting as a Fulfillment Expert at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life by ensuring guests get what they want, when they want it, and how they want it. The role involves selecting items for order pickup, drive up and ship to home for digital guest orders, accurately putting on hold all order pickup and drive-up orders, and properly preparing, packing and sorting guest orders for shipment using correct materials.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Work both independently and with a team
  • Resolve guest questions immediately
  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes
